Hi

I might have been overlooked an easy function here..

If I have different objects like imported, plants, people and indoor is there a easy way to move the objects to an other layer or do I have to change category every time?

Thanks :-)

to move them to a new layer just select the objects and go to the desired layer. there should be a little arrow icon saying something like move selection to layer. you can select multiple objects from one group (humans trees etc) at once.

Hi michael - I was hoping I could avoid going into every category :-/

Hi jorgensen, although you still have to select each category one at a time, you can make a selection with multiple models from different categories.

SHIFT + CTRL + Left mouse button is just like the normal rectangular selection operation but where each new rectangular selection is added to the existing selection.

It's not quite what you asked for, but it might help a little :)
