Recently I was pleasantly surprised to See GeoHow's work developing an underwater scene using Lumion. I entered the competition hoping that developing a similar use of the under the water visuaization features, it would be, in part, a winner for my competition entry, (obviously underestimating the extend of the competition factors for winning!). GeoHow's scenes wonderfully depicted on plant/corals/fish, where as I put my focus on diving as a recreation to the Resort, and this being a ship wreck.

Had I more time I would have added corals/plants etc too.
However, in saying this I do believe that underwater visualizations are a missed opportunity with Lumion - both for the makers, and the users.
For the makers, I give them credit for providing an assort of fish to add to a scene. Sadly they tend toward fresh water species, and not enough to create a realistic scene. In saying this, I'm not niave to know that Lumion is aiming for predominately Architectural/ Urban/Natural "dry" type landscapes, but there is much opportunity to encourage those interested in the underwater modelling, including divers, oceanographers, and other marine specialists, to be interested in using Lumion as a visualization tool.
At some point I'd like to experiment with this, but the Lumion team, please add some coral, sharks, star fish and other assortment of marine life to your plugin list!, by doing this, I'm sure uswers will make use of them, esp. salt water species varieties beyond fresh water rivers!
Some example of marine environments I have photographed, can be viewed here:
