Mid-rise residential building with commercial podium, it was rendered with L8 pro, no PS used only Adobe Lightroom, modeled in 3ds max, rendering time around 2 min.

computer specs : core I7-6700 @ 4ghz and 64GB RAM,and two Geforce GTX 970 Ti graphic.
