How do you assign the mapping.

I have imported a model from sketchup, changed the material but the mapping is lost

I did alot of testing with lumion/sketchup , when you apply new materials, they use there lumion material setting.

you can adjust the scaling with the slider below the material panel then you have 3 icons on the right side on the panel, the lats one, placing, you can control the other mapping settings

This actually is a bug you found in the demo.

We used to be able to set the slider to 0. This would use your original UV set. But in the final process the limitation to 0.1 was created which is a bug.

We will correct this in future updates.

Still having the same problem with the full version.

See the roof on the attached images the original sketchup dae import is fine, but the replaced Lumion material has its own ideas.

How is this controlled.

What effect are you trying to create by using a Lumion material?

We're currently creating a tutorial for materials. You can either use imported UVs or you can use auto UV material. To correct the orientation you can click the move icon in the auto UV material panel. This panel contains 3 sliders: Heading, pitch and bank. To create correct rotation in you case you will need to drag the 'heading' slider. If you use the [SHIFT] key while dragging you can increment the rotation more precisely.

Also note that if you use this material you set the bump amount  to 0 when you do not use a bump map or lighting might be off.

This material should be able to use your original UV coordinates if you set size at 0 but there's a bug that prevents you from setting the UV scale to 0. The first service pack of Lumion will enable this feature.
