Hi hishamsaad2, reflections in Lumion 2.5 rely on a single 360 degree panoramic reflection texture which is projected onto all reflective materials. It is impossible to achieve 100% realistic reflections with this technique - all you get is an approximation. The only variable is the position of the Reflection Control object. This object is placed a few hundred meters above the Lumion terrain by default.
However, you can also place it manually in your room, ideally near the camera position - just bear in mind that the reflections won't be perfect:
Lights & Special objects category -> Utilities -> Reflection Control Object
If your camera moves during your animation you can also use the Move and Advanced Move effects to animate the Reflection Control object.
In Lumion 3, you can assign (planar) reflection planes to surfaces, e.g. floors. This results in realistic reflections.
