Making weather and sun change quickly in movie edit mode????

Hi there.  I am a newbie with Lumion, though have watched their five videos.

I notice some users area bout the make: the sun direction move quickly, clouds flow fater than real time etc. and it looks good in a movie.  Just how did they do this?  Can some one please explains the steps to do this.

there are movie effects for this.
they can be added in the movie section.
you can use them on single clips or the whole movie.

you need "cloud settings" and "sun position" which are available for the single clips.

make a clip, click on its thumbnail and then you see at the top left corner of the screen a button "movie effects"

you can set keyframes to animate this effects.
