Hi
Anyone experiences the same problem as me? I just downloaded LumionFree 3.2.1 during installation Avast detects (I have repeated it several times, turning off AVAST during install but ON during run); AVAST detects at Lumion Free 3.2.1\Channels\894B077B-D372-4166-8F39-F188F9C3C237.dll infected with Win32:Evo-gen[Susp] virus.
Turn off AVAST during install, get through but with AVAST ON, running Lumion the program dies.

So unable to test Lumion :(

I just google the issue, there was some discussion in July 2013 about this infection, but it looks like noone from Lumion had pick it up and address to it?

Strange!! from my desktop PC I shared Lumion install program to my laptop. My Laptop with the same AVAST version, I installed Lumion without a hiccup. Went back to my PC, another install, bang! AVAST picked up the virus again. Lumion started fine on my laptop??!!!

Anyone? I like to have my PC running as it's my main work horse.

Hi

So long as you have downloaded the Free version from the Lumion web site it will be fine.

Please treat it as a false report.

We did have one or two reports from Avast users last year.  A user and also ourselves, tried reporting to them so they would fix Avast, but as to date we have never heard back if they did or didn't.

Thxs, I did click on 'Ignore' it installed, but program crashes at start "stop working". It may be cause by AVAST moving the file in question out to their Chest. No other option to bypass AVAST, 'Report false positive' only fire off an email to AVAST.

So no test on my desktop an i5 with 32 bit Windows 7.

Hi panlem, it would be great if you could report this.

We do not have the commercial version of Avast installed, and are unable to report the problem.

I have contacted them via email numerous times (to different Avast support email addresses), but they never responded.
