Having an issue today where Lumion 9.5 will not load a model, and simply freeze.  Buttons are non-responsive (except the four tabs) and cannot even exit to release license.  After a reboot, if I do not try to load any model, I can save and release license.  Tried Lumion on another computer in the office, same results.

Lumion was working perfectly 24 hours ago.

Others having this issue?

Hi jworkman, sorry to hear that.

1. Just to be sure we're on the same page, you're saying that a model is taking a long time to finish importing or you get the impression that Lumion is hanging and doesn't finish the job?

2. Are you able to import a simple box?

3. Please also attach a Diagnostics Report:

Knowledge Base: How do you attach a diagnostics report to a post?

Lumion freezes upon importing (and sometimes will not import a simple model we made).  I did manage to load one of the examples, and I can navigate just fine.  But anything other than that, nothing.

I just imported a simple cylinder dae file, and once it was placed, no further response available.

1. Your driver for the NVIDIA Quadro P4000 is over a year old and would benefit from a newer version.

2. We'd also like to make sure that Lumion isn't using the Intel HD graphics chip rather than the fast P4000 graphics card.
