We are aware of this and we are also trying to help you by answering other users questions , finding and reporting the bugs, trying to make Lumion known in several platforms and such.
But today's crisis was mostly resulted from misunderstandings and not managing the upgrade properly. If you had sent a mail to all users explaining what is going on and how we would be affected, instead of the users that got these mails and started the two bitter topics, there would not be any problem. I have Ultimate 2 license and from these threads I can show you sentences where it can be clearly understood that I would have to pay %66 of the Lumion 2 license price for 2.2 upgrade. In fact I will upgrade free and you are offering more plugins for free. There is also a new product. Nothing to panic (or did I miss something?).
