Sorry to hear that, kyungsunorr.

It looks like the AMD Radeon driver was not installed correctly.

Quote from the Diagnostics Report:
Display Tab 1: There is a problem with Radeon Pro 575 device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 12'

It's also saying that the monitor is using a 'Microsoft Basic Display Driver' instead of the AMD Radeon 575 driver.

If the problem persists after trying to reinstall the driver, I would recommend contacting the technical support staff of the company that made the external GPU.

We do note that the discrete video card "Radeon Pro 575" is disabled because we are using the external "Radeon RX Vega 64" card.

Well, it's a bit strange because the Diagnostics Report is saying that the 4k monitor is connected to the slow AMD graphics card, even though you have disabled it. And no monitor is connected to the fast AMD graphics card.

Because you've disabled the other AMD card (and it's still showing up in the Diagnostics Report), you might need to manually assign the faster AMD graphics card to Lumion.exe.

Please follow the instructions in section 3 in the following article (just ignore that it mentions Intel HD chips), and let us know if that helps:

Knowledge Base Article: Why is your computer using an Intel HD graphics chip instead of the dedicated graphics card?

Hi kyungsunorr

A side note: are you aware there is also a current version 8.5 Trial available?  Please see our Knowledge Base Article: Is there a Trial version of Lumion?
