Welcome, Saffa.

Sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing when running Lumion 7.5 Trial.

Thank you.

The driver for the NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card is outdated.

Please uninstall it and then install Geforce Experience to ensure that you always have the latest driver:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/

Does this resolve the problem?

The driver in the diagnostics report you attached earlier was from August 2017, so it's almost a year old.

You need to make sure that the latest version is installed.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Download the Guru3D.com uninstaller: Display Driver Uninstaller DDU

2. Run the uninstaller so that it removes all traces of the NVIDIA drivers.

3. Install Geforce Experience to ensure that you always have the latest driver:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/

4. Attach a new Windows Diagnostic Report: How do you attach a diagnostics report to a post?

Thankyou for you help
I have done the following
Nvidia is uptodate now

But will it be a problem if my Intel graphic is not updated?
Because Im not able to find the latest version of Intel in my pcs site.

Hi Saffa

Thanks for the update.  I can see the NVIDIA graphics drivers are now the most recent (398.36).

Did that resolve the error message and Lumion freeze issue you were getting?

No.

Lumion only makes use of the dedicated graphics of the GTX 1050.  So hopefully, as per Mortens instructions, you have GeForce installed, and it will auto-update the driver when there is a new release.

Ah, wonderful.  Thanks for confirming.  :)

Enjoy using the 7 day Trial of V7.5.

ps: Are you aware there is also a current V8.5 version available for evaluation.  See Is there a Trial version of Lumion?

Oh no, Saffa - what a nightmare. :-[

Do a Windows system scan:  Windows Start -> Type 'cmd' without the quotes and press 'Enter' twice -> Type 'sfc /scannow' without the quotes and press enter.

This will locate and correct any corrupted files in Windows.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, try contacting Asus technical support.

They will almost certainly ask you to restore it to the factory condition (so they can rule out software issues).

Hi Morten,

I have don't the factory reset.
Its working good now.
MY laptop configuration gives
ssd 250gb
hdd 1tb

If i install lumion most of the time my C drive of 250gb gets filled.
Will lumion have any issues if I partition hdd and use it for installing lumion?.

THankyou for your help:)

Good. Fingers crossed it will continue to work well. :)

No, you can install Lumion on any drive/partition you want.

By the way, Lumion places imported model files and other files in 'Documents/Lumion VERSION' on the C: drive.

You might want to consider relocating the 'Documents' folder to the D: drive as well:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/74952-documents-folder-move-location-windows-10-a.html

Lumion and all other applications will continue to work fine after doing that.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
