Two of our users are trying to get into Lumion but it says that their license is already activated by some other computer. When logged on to Lumion site, one of the licenses says it isn't in use by any computer, the other one says it's in use by the user's laptop but it isn't. I've emailed support but haven't heard back. Has anyone else run into this issue and is there anything we can do on our end to release the license?
