Hi phanth
Thanks you the report. From your description it is nothing to do with any of your PC's capabilities, they all sound quite capable for the Lumion Scene.
You're report is about the third time we have heard of this happening over the last 3 years. Apologies. What may have happened is the data for the terrain and 3D Grass has somehow corrupted, and this prevents the
3D Grass being generated correctly. We have not yet been able to replicate the issue so it can be permanently fixed.
Does the grass look something similar to these:

or,

Do you know if the terrain and 3D Grass were first created using Lumion v6.0 or earlier version?
So that we can evaluate the issue, please send us an LS6 file
Save Scene and Models. Instructions here:

Unfortunately there is no simple easy way to reset/recover apart from repainting the terrain, unless you have a prior backup/older version where the
3D Grass shows correctly.
To repaint the terrain try this:
1. Turn off
3D Grass.
2. Repaint all the Terrain within the editable
Lumion Terrain area ( a square 1000m x 1000m from center on X and Z axis) with the Terrain
Paint Slot 1.
3. Then repaint the Terrain areas with any other Paint slots.
4. Turn
3D Grass back on. Set the slot for the
3D Grass (usually Default Slot 1).
Does this fix the issue?
