Author Topic: [Awaiting License Key registration] Lumion Just crashes my display  (Read 92 times)

I have been working with Lumion for a few years and this has not happened ever but I recently got a new desktop and started using Lumion 8.0 Pro there. After about a minute Lumion boots, my system just crashes, the screen goes blank and doesn't turn on. I have to force shut down and manually turn the desktop on again. I tried formatting and resting my entire PC as well but it still doesn't work. Everything else on the computer works perfectly fine. I tried downloading the latest Lumion 10 trial version as well but the same thing happened. Tried with the older Lumion 6.5 but again the same thing happened. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lumion about 5 times but nothing changed.  have not been able to wrap my head around this and cant understand what is happening. I have friends who also use Lumion but none of them seem to encounter this issue and I have better PC Specification which I am going to give below. I really hope I understand what is happening here as I have to use Lumion often and this issue has really been bugging me a lot.

i have added my license for lumion 10 trial and currently been using that in order to buy the software it is the same issue. I completely removed lumion 8 from my computer.

Sure but as you said, you have been using Lumion for a few years (version 6.5 and 8.0).

Please add a valid (legal) License Key for Lumion 6.5 or 8.0 to your account if you want us to help you.

We can't help people who use or have used illegal versions unless they have already ordered a legal License Key.
