Hi JG, I don't know why this happened as the license is normally unlocked automatically when you exit Lumion (provided that Lumion is allowed to access the internet).
What we can do is to unlock your license and see if it happens again the next time you switch from one PC to the other.
In order to unlock your license you need to click here
and follow step 2, 3 and 4 to register the license. Please let us know when you've done that by replying to this forum thread.
