Hi Team,

This is Chandra with you from Medialogic Support Team, One of our clients is facing some issues with the Lumion when he is Importing any project in Lumion it is not at all moving or rotating and the whole application is hanging.

We have checked all the system requirement and compatibility issues and everything is fine according to the mentioned requirement on the website.

Kindly let us know what else can we do in this case why the application is hanging and we have uninstalled the recent windows updates as well.

Kindly find the attached screenshot for the system specs.

Kindly do the needful ASAP.

Hi Chandra, thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm sorry to hear that one of your clients is having trouble importing a model in Lumion.

It sounds like the model is too complex for the hardware.

1. Please ask the client to follow these instructions:

Knowledge Base: How do you prevent Lumion from hanging or crashing when importing detailed models?

2. If the problem persists, please ask the client to follow these instructions:

Knowledge Base: How do you get help with import/export questions?

Don't forget to follow the instructions in step 2.9 in that article to upload the model file.

Hi Morten,

Thank you for your prompt reply, Actually, it is not with the particular model, When we import the sample file from Sketchup also nothing is working.

If possible kindly take a quick remote session to solve the issues.
