Thank you for your report.
1) Your client's browser is most likely blocking cookies.
Could you ask your client to install a different browser (FireFix, Chrome etc) and try to log in again?
2) Also, @ in usernames is supposedly not working, so please ask your client to forward his existing username and the desired new username to arthur [at] act-3d.com along with a link to this page, so it can be fixed.
