[Workaround available] Lumion Educational Licences

Hello - I want to request educational licences for my school but are not sure which local suipplier in Dubai to use for this. Can you advise please.

Hi,

I am trying to get Lumion for my school as I am a Senior graphics teacher, but when I fill in all the details and go to press SEND REQUEST nothing happens. I am wondering are there limits to how many licences a school can have or what else might be the problem.

Hi Michael, welcome to the Lumion Support Center, and thank you for your interest in Lumion.

Regarding the issue you reported, I've just tried to fill in the form at my end and it's working as expected. The number of licenses I order does not make a difference either.

1) Which internet browser are you using? (Including version number)

2) Are you accessing the internet via a proxy server?

As a workaround, I would recommend that you simply forward the information that you've entered to sales [at] act-3d.com (replace [at] with @), so that my colleagues can process your order manually.

Don't forget to attach the image/PDF file to the email. :)
