Lumion does not rotate view/camera

Hi.
I am using the free version of Lumion 4.
My operating system is Windows 8.1
The program seems to work fine but I can not rotate the view. It freezes at a fixed point on the horizon.
I have read that turning off the tablet input solves the problem, the fact is that my OS tells me that is not available any tablet input, so it is disabled.
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you.

P.S.
I've got 8 gB RAM with Nvidia GT 635M 2Gb  and CPU Intel CORE i7

Probably because you use Vista 2.0

Have you checked whether your PC is capable of running Lumion?

Refer further:

Thank you Peterm

System Requirements
OS: 64-bit Windows 8.1
System memory: 8GB
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GT 635M  with 2GB dedicated memory PassMark - G3D Mark : 754
Harddrive: 140 GB of disk space

The value of PassMark - G3D Mark is very low, but I have seen work quite well lumion with a GeForce 8600 GS (152 PassMark). So I think that the problem of rotation of the camera is not the low value of PassMark.
