Hi ecampos, before we proceed, please click here to register your Lumion license.

Thanks in advance.

Hi ecampos

All that you need to do is to ask the person who manages the license (your IT staff) at your company to go to your forum Account settings and enter the license key.  That person can -> click here, scroll to the bottom and enter your license number.

You will then have full access to the forum.  Thanks in advance.

Hi again

I would also recommend asking your IT staff to upgrade from Lumion v4.0.4 to the most recent release version of 4, v4.5.1.
