The Oculus App Version 126.96.36.199375 is for the Consumer Version hardware of Oculus. Although I gather it may support the older hardware of the DK2, it is not going to run LumionVR.
You originally mentioned you had the DK2 kit. With the kit there should have been an install disk/USB that has one of the earlier SDK runtimes for Windows, hopefully for 0.8.0.0.
From your original post you said you installed 0.8 but it caused issues, so I gather you have 0.8. If not, then download it from here: Oculus Runtime for Windows 0.8.0.0-beta
Can you please confirm you have uninstalled or used a Windows Restore Point to fully remove the newer version of Oculus 188.8.131.52375.
After uninstalling or using a Restore Point, it's best then to reboot the PC and check that no parts of Oculus are still present by checking in the Control Panel -> Programs and Features listing of software. And, that the Oculus Configuration Utility is not running in the System Tray.
Then install SDK runtimes for Windows, 0.8.0.0 beta.
