Topic: lumion 3 export

Since version 3 has effects in built mode. If i export the file and open it in another version or free version. will it have all the effects?

Hi Frank, I can't comment on how Lumion Free 3 will work as it hasn't been released yet, but generally speaking, Lumion, Lumion Pro, Lumion Educational and Lumion Pro Educational can use all movie effects in version 3, so all Movie effects will be intact and editable if you load a scene in a different version.

Thanks for the reply. I was refering to the exported file. In lumion 2.5, when I export a file in LS2 format. I can send it to a client and if he download a free version, he can open the file in theatre mode and navagate the scene, but no effects. I was wondering if version 3 pro exports, I can do the same, but with effects? The file is so much better with effects.
