Hi Sangchoke, reflections in Lumion 2.5 rely on a single 360 degree panoramic reflection texture which is projected onto all reflective materials. It is impossible to achieve 100% realistic reflections with this technique - all you get is an approximation. The only variable is the position of the Reflection Control object, but you probably already experimented with different positions...
In Lumion 3, you can however assign (planar) reflection planes to surfaces, e.g. floors. This results in realistic reflections.
