Hi,
We bought lumion 9.5pro with upgrade to Lumion 10pro a week ago.
If we enter the license key (https://lumion.com/upgrade.html) we get a message we cannot upgrade this key.

How can we get our upgrade to lumion 10pro?
Also, we didn't receive a new 'getting started' email.

You can follow the instructions in the email to download Lumion 10.

I'm also getting trouble finding the upgrade, the license in the 'Getting started with Lumion' prompts to be invalid.

Could you help me with this.

I can see that you were issued a V10 License Key, so it is likely that the email has been blocked by your email system or antivirus software.

1. Please check if the email is in your Spam/Junk folder
2. If the email still has not arrived, please double-check that the following senders and domain names are whitelisted in your email software.  Then let us know so we can resend the email to you again.

3. If that does not work then let us know of an alternative email address from the one we have in our records for the delivery of dsan***@labv*************.com

Hi,

Nope, I've checked spam folders, all mail, etc and nothing. I tried with the upgrade page and is not neither working.

The email looks correct, should we try and alternative mail?
