Good morning! A week ago I downloaded a student version of the program. It failed to install a few times, and when I decided to try to do it again, I realized that I deleted the email I got with the code and download link. If there any way to have it resend or any other way I can install the software without that email?

I resent the 'Getting started with Lumion' email to [email protected]***.edu

Can you please confirm when you receive it?

Also, don't forget to add your Lumion License Key to your Support Account.

Doing so will ensure that you get full access to the Lumion Support Center.

You mentioned that Lumion failed to install. What error are you getting when trying to install Lumion? Can you attach a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
