Is it possible to add some kind of lights source in the scene ? How we can get a night scene ? For example, is it possible to light a lamp post of the library ?

There are no local Lights Lumion. For now at least. When tutorial 4 is online you can see how you can use light maps to create indoor lighting for your scene.

Lumion now includes local lights.  For the glowing letters you can assign a standard material to that part of your model and increase the emissive slider, then place lights behind the signage.  The omni lights can change color to create your desired effect.  Keep in mind that render times will drastically increase due to the lights.  I had about 10 lights per letter in my example.

hi cpercer,
thanks a lot for your valuable tips.
i´m at the start of playing with lights, so i´d like to ask a lot around :-)
i´d be greatful if you share any other light effect you´ve made, to be an
inspiration for other lumion users too.
i´m sure they want to play with light effects too:-) to prove that lumion
is a great and invaluable tool.
best of luck!
