Hi Mdawson, welcome to the
Lumion Support Forum.
Just for future reference, it's very important that you never post license numbers and activation codes here on the forum, especially in a section that can be accessed by unlicensed users.
Doing so makes it possible for other people to download your unique version of Lumion which contains embedded license data (if they have access to the
Download Manager). For that reason, please keep an eye out for the '
All licenses in use' error message when starting up Lumion from now on. If you spot a computer name that's not known to you, please inform office[at]act-3d.com so that they can look up the IP address etc and if necessary, revoke your license and issue a new one.
Now, regarding the license upgrade query, I've forwarded your post (including the original license numbers) to my colleagues. They will be in touch via email as soon as possible but please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive a reply.
And lastly, I'd be grateful if you could please
click here and follow the instructions in order to register one of your licenses.
Once you've done that, you'll get access to the full forum which is hidden until you register a license.
Please post a new topic in the
General Questions section of the commercial forum to let us know that you've registered your license, so we can merge this thread and if necessary, follow up on your query later.
