Hello,
As in the topic my student license key should expire in november, but lumion already says it expired.

Hi Piotr, I'm sorry to hear that.

The License Key that's registered with your forum email address was valid from the 29th of January 2019 and expired 365 days later on the 28th of January 2020.

If you applied for a new License Key in November and you haven't got the new License Key number, please send us the email that you used for applying for it to uploads[at]lumion.com (replace [at] with @).
