Yesterday, iÂ´ve purchased a new license to upgrade my account to Lumion 2.0 Ultimate... something went wrong with the webpage system, and iÂ´ve paid two different licenses... one to upgrade from Lumion 1.0 with two plugins to Lumion 2.0 with two plugins, and one upgrade from Lumion 1.0 with two plugins to Lumion 2.0 Ultimate.
IÂ´ve sent a email to Corine to fix that (and suspend the transaction relative to the upgrade to Lumion 2.0 with two plugins, itÂ´s the Ultimate version that we want) before the credit card proceed with the charging, but i did not received yet, any news regarding this issue.
I need some help here, so that we wont have to pay twice for the same Lumion license.
Just to clarify, we want to upgrade to Lumion 2.0 Ultimate, not with just two plugins.
