I was wondering if I purchased Lumion would I have any higher levels of technical support other than posting questions on forum? Do you have phone support available?

The only exception to the rule is if somebody needs to send us confidential materials in which case we switch to emails.
In our experience, it's often much more efficient to do everything in writing. The instructions we provide while troubleshooting an issue often consist of a complex set of steps (and clicking on links as well as reading Knowledge Base
articles), and doing that over the phone would not only be time-consuming but would also require that you took notes - which kind of defeats the point.
Just imagine the time it would take to ask you to type in a link in your web browser while we're providing instructions over the phone, e.g. H T T P S : / / ... you get the idea.

. I'd encourage you to post some difficult questions to see if it's worth it.
