" irregularly roughness" or variable texturing to reduce the tiling look is not something Lumion directly provides.

Here's a recent discussion that might be of use, it's technique based:
Realistic Pavement / Asphault cracks and grunge.

Roughness of course can be done by adjusting the depth information when using a Normalmap (Bump Map v4).
