Thank you for the Getting Started email. I was able to successfully download, install and run the Trial here. So that indicates there is still something blocking access or preventing Lumion from running.
Please follow these steps:
1. Please click on
this link. Does it say "
The license server is running" or "
LOGINFAILED"?
2. Please zip + send the 'hosts' file from "
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" to (EMAIL ADDRESS NO LONGER IN USE). Thanks in advance.
3. Does it work if you temporarily turn on Windows Defender and then temporarily turn off your 3rd party firewall/anti-virus software before running Lumion?
