Just do a Google image search for "grunge" and I think you will find some materials that would work.

Thx Virgil, of course i know cg texture, but it has only shop texture :-D not interior home scene

Ha! I just revisited this discussion for the first time since posting, I obviously mis-read what you were looking for Xtreme-L. I thought you were looking for something to replicate the art image in the scene.  :-P
