Why is it that the more Reflectivity I apply to my materials inside the building all I get is clouds and sky reflecting in my materials?  It has to be something I'm doing wrong.

You should put the point of reflection within the scene. Lumion will generate an image 360 degrees to apply to objects.

You can also apply filto "planar reflection" on the wall. So you have a real reflection on it.
