my home computer is too slow to run Lumion, i get the message after installing it...now I want to install it on another stronger computer to try it, but cant because I first install it on home computer... can you tell me what is the solution to try it on another computer ??

Hi bbb835,

you should have received an getting started email when you applied for the trial. This email contains the download manager for downloading the trial.

On your other computer you can use this email to start the download manager and download the trial. Just like you did on you current system.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send private messages and emails to members of staff - unless we specifically ask you to send us sensitive information, for example License Keys.

Thank you for answering,  I downloaded and run it but getting the message "all licenses are in use, licence is in use on another computer".

Hi bbb385,

did you close Lumion on the other computer? You can install Lumion on as many computers as you want, but with only 1 seat you can not run it simultaneously on multiple systems.

Sometimes it happens even when you did close down Lumion that the license wasn't released. I have reset your license and you should be good to go to run Lumion.
