Hi Erika, no - that's definitely not normal.
I assume that the Lumion Download Manager
has finished downloading all of the installation files, and that the actual installation is not proceeding, right?
If so, it's almost certainly something on your PC that's preventing the Lumion installer from writing to the harddrive. This can either be Windows (if your user account hasn't got sufficient write permissions), or anti-virus software that won't let the installer add all of the files.
Does it work if you temporarily disable your internet connection and anti-virus software, right-click on the Lumion installer executable file, and select 'Run as administrator'?
