Hi juanpabgo
Apologies for the delay in replying, and thanks for the details sent in your email.
Everything seems to check out OK so far - the file size, not running the AV etc.
Don't worry about the missing DLL file, I don't have it in my install either

.
Because you are getting different DLL errors it's possible that your system does not have correct VC runtimes (although those should have been installed along with the Lumion Demo.
Please try the following:
1. Run each of the "vcredist_x64.exe" files found in three folders:
a) "C:\Program Files\Lumion Demo 5.3\Redist".
b) "C:\Program Files\Lumion Demo 5.3\Redist2008".
c) "C:\Program Files\Lumion Demo 5.3\Redist2010".
Even though the file name is the same they are different versions and so all three need to be run and installed.
2. Update the GPU drivers for your Radeon R7 260. The driver date is June 2013 version 13.251. The most recent drivers for Windows 7 64 bit are 15.30.1025, dated 24 November 2105,
here.
Hoping those two updates will resolve things. Let us know how it goes.
Please note the R7 260 has a Passmark of 2825. There is no log for a R7 265, and your reports 2GB of VRAM so would likely receive a slightly better rating of somewhere around 2800 to 3000. This GPU is capable of working with Simple to slightly more complex but still Simple scenes in Lumion. Please refer further:
LUMION 5: Minimum hardware requirements.
