Your description indicates that the PC's you are trying to download with, has AV or other security software running that is preventing the Lumion Download Manager from running.
If the hardware tried was all configured with similar AV software, then it's likely also, that the blockage will happen both inside and outside the office network.
What AV or other security software are you running? Please temporarily turn off and re-try the Download Manager.
ps: you should have received your email direct from Act-3D BV. Was that not the case?
