Hi RTarek
As Digitalmarley mentions, there's no other real quick way.
What can be done earlier on, or of you consider more changes will continue for a while until things are finalised, is to have blank clips every so often, so that inserting is much easier.
A blank clip will not affect timing or get rendered as some blank screen, so it's like having spare room before the rooms are needed.
So for a movie with lots of clips, rather than trying creating the clip, at the end, and then having to work it back to the right place, move your clips from end clips out to make spare clip places first. Still going to take some time to re-organise unfortunately.
A movie with 200 clips is very large. How long, in time, is your movie? At say a minimum of 4 seconds per clip thats going to be somewhere around 13+ minutes.
