You can install Lumion on as many PCs as you want, but the number of seats determines how many PCs you can use Lumion on at the same time.

what is the difference in cost with every extra seat i get?

If you haven't already got a license, you can see the volume discount prices if you go to the Buy page, add a Lumion or Lumion Pro license to the shopping basket and then click on the Volume Discount Prices link that appears on the Avangate page before check-out. Volume discounts are automatically applied if you buy more than 1 seat.
