Immediately after you sign up and plug in your university name and your name and date of birth you hit continue and then  get a pop up saying that an email had been sent to me but a email never got sent to me. and it says that a key has been sent to my email that i should check my spam folder if i havent received it but i have nothing. does anybody know whats going on?
