SOME HELP ME: I can not import my SketchUp file not Luminaio 7.5 trial, I can import a small file with 2 cubes, but a 100mb file does not open, loads infinitely and nothing happens. My pc is in the requirements, I do not know what's happening. I imported it into the skt format and it did not work on either.

Hi itscaroles, the problem is possibly that your PC hasn't got enough memory for the SketchUp model.

There's only 8 GB of System Memory and 4 GB of Graphics Card Memory.

1. To get the ball rolling, please upload the .SKP file to a file host, e.g. wetransfer.com, and forward the download link to [email protected]

2. Please also let us know which version of SketchUp you're using.

I did a new test, now with two memories of 8GB and the same I could not import the file, I waited also more than 1 hour and nothing. Will it be the processor?

P.S. As you're using version 7.5, I should mention that we also offer a Lumion 9.0.2 Pro Trial version which is available from your local reseller. This version is valid for 7 days from the date of issue and works just like the full commercial version.
