ive also wanted to experiment with mapping a nice big sky texture to the glass before import. then tag it as glass material and use the "texture influence" slider to make it less transparent which would show a fake shy reflection. i dont know...just need time to try that or even a stippled, transparent png as the texture and use texture influnce. not sure if that would work but hoping it would give a sense of clouding or tinting the glass as it reduces its transparency.
