1. Export yout textured model to a supported format (DAE, FBX...). Be sure you have an alpha-channel in your texture.
2. Import it to lumion.
3. Go to material section. Assign standard material.
4. Move slider "refllection or clip" till transparencies of alpha-channel are visible.
5. Switch to photo-section. Choose resolution and render.
