How to produce and publish a stereoscopic movie?

I guess everything is in the title, I tried, search for forum topics about stereo movies but I am getting nowhere, can someone write a short tutorial on how to produce a stereoscopic movie and publish it to YouTube so that it can be viewed in 3D? Thanks.

(I saw the stereo effect with the two left and right eye buttons, but then, what do I do with that?)

You can not create it in the free version. But in the full version you will have to press CTRL in the export menu for the advanced options. Or turn on advanced options in the settings menu.
