So when I want to upgrade my now Lumion2 (ultimate) later this year to Lumion3 I will loose content I now have? Is that correct?
According to the specification table Lumion2 500+ models and Lumion2 Pro 1500+ models.
Then, Lumion should considered about including these content to normal Lumion 3? So normal Lumion 3 basically got Lumion 2 Ultimate content? (Sound like ADesk subscription now, for this release which change product line)
IMHO there're still a lot of time before Lumion 3 is out, and maybe there're a lot of area about content that can be improved. I means it's possible that Lumion 3 Pro will have HQ contents upgrade/ new HQ contents that superior than Lumion 2
Maybe Lumion / Lumion Pro can even have the same content, but pro got superior HQ /customizable contents included. When nomal content come in pro, it stay to be nomal quality content. But when Pro content go to normal Lumion, it become normal quality. Something like xRef, dummy.
I think having different content sets between version would be problematic when a firm want to buy many copies/versions for collaborations, to a degrees. Maybe 500 and 1,500 is too different and quite hard to manage, remember (or there need to be check/report tool or some sign in Lumion Pro that those componets not available for normal version, which can toggle on/off). Of course, not all license will need to be pro, right? Need to figure out when our firm actually use it.
