Hello again, Ram - my colleague Corine has informed me that the problem was that 2 Educational License applications requests got mixed up at the time, so you accidentally received a License Key and Download Manager for a different university.
That license was revoked, and a new email with the correct License Key and Download Manager was sent to your colleague Wesley Tanney ("wes.tanney" @ the usual address).
Have you got access to Wesley's email inbox? If so, please follow the instructions in the email.
Make sure to uninstall Lumion on all of the PCs with the 'invalid license' error message before installing the new version.
