Thanks for your patience. My colleagues in sales have traced the order, and can confirm that they received it.
Normally, all orders go through Ramzi H. at NMBU, and my colleagues in sales advised our reseller (Cad-Q which recently changed name to Symetri) in Norway to refer you to Ramzi, so that there's only 1 contact person at your institution for all Educational licenses.
If he isn't on holiday at the moment, please have a chat with Ramzi to find out if he already discussed the Educational Pro
license with Symetri (I have also asked our contact person at Symetri but have not yet received a reply - I will let you know if I hear back from them).
