Back at Lumion 2.5 we registered a license under one of our employees office e-mail address.
We need to recover the password for this license, but there is no option anywhere to do that.
Apparently this e-mail is not registered in the Support Forum which is the only place where there's a password recovery option available. There is no password recovery option within the software either.
What do I do?
