I completely agree with this. To me it does not seem very professional.
In addition, at this price level, I think the minimum would be to have a PRECISE and EXHAUSTIVE list of the new features AND CHANGES, a manual online, and I find painful (even if it's sympatic) to be forced to wait tricks users to exploit software.
We are still a number to use Lumion in our work and it is not acceptable that an update, amputated certain features program. What can I do with my current projects? I announced to my client that I do an update and I am henceforth unable to provide images in large format with the quality that I had told him ( dephtmap...) ?
Lumion is presented as a software to create great architectural videos but Is there an architect in the team Lumion? I wonder how many projects require basketball players, airliners, people in swimsuits, a walk in the clouds ... As an architect what I miss the most is accuracy (top view, front view ... camera placement, daylight system, more terrain modeling tools), more textures, more cars (with drivers), more "usual" characters... I wonder how many projects require basketball players, airliners, people in swimsuits, a walk in the clouds ...?
Anyway, I like Lumion, I appreciate the ambiance of this forum, I recognize that Lumion's team do a good job, and I probably will invest again in the update but I'd like a little more consideration for the demands of professional users, and a marketing policy more respectful of customers that we are.
